Lecture Series on Assessments of the Gloria
Macapagal Arroyo Administration
Dear Friends,
In keeping with the tradition of conducting
lectures on the Philippine Presidency and Administration, the Center
for Leadership, Citizenship and Democracy (CLCD) of the University
of the Philippines National College of Public Administration and
Governance (UP NCPAG) is sponsoring and organizing the U.P.
Assessments on the Presidency and Administration of Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo
(2001-2010). This assessment series consists of “commissioned
papers” by U.P. Professors to be presented as lectures starting
first semester of Academic Year 2011-2012. The lectures will bring

society and private sector.
In this light, may we invite you and your

After each of the presentations, an open forum
will follow to give the participants an opportunity to ask questions
from the
lecturer.
The lectures are free and open to all who are
interested to attend. However, as the lecture venue can only
accommodate
100 people, we encourage you to reserve seats
in advance. To confirm attendance, please don’t hesitate to
call Ms. Lori Odulio or Mr. Don Quebral at 925-41-09 (telefax) ,
981-85-00 local 4158 or e-mail us at
clcdncpag@yahoo.com.
The issues you might raise during the event
would further enlighten the participants of this very important
learning experience.
We expect to see you, therefore, in these
lectures.
